SUMMARY:  Neurosurgeons from Memphys Hospital in Enugu, Nigeria present two complex cases of spine surgery for international discussion on management. The first is in a patient previously operated in another country for chronic back pain with degenerative disease of the spine and with cervical and lumbar fusions. Neurologically intact. Imaging suggested loose screw in the lumbar region. No consensus could be reached in treatment from audience. How would you manage this case?  Second case involved a patient with acute cervical spine injury and quadriplegic on admission, 3 hours after injury. Some cervical Cord swelling was seen on admission studies. He was on a ventilator for 7 months with no improvement. How would you manage this case?  (11/9/24-JIA)
